Senior Social Marketing Specialist

About the role:

We are seeking a skilled Senior Social Marketing Specialist to lead our paid social strategy and execution.

You will own the development and implementation of comprehensive paid social channel plans, ensuring alignment with our business objectives.

Your expertise in paid social advertising will drive campaign performance and growth across multiple channels, including Meta, Snapchat, TikTok, and Twitter.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to analyze data insights, identify opportunities, and develop strategic solutions.

A key aspect of this role is driving App acquisition campaign improvement and ensuring accountability for performance against monthly targets.

Additionally, you will contribute to the improvement of best practice guidelines and share digital expertise across teams within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Owning the full project and campaign lifecycle, ensuring high-quality delivery and KPI achievement.
  • Collaborating with local marketing teams to provide guidance on executing local tactics.
  • Identifying new marketing opportunities and creative ideas based on commercial KPIs, customer insights, and competitive analysis.
  • Developing and implementing comprehensive paid social channel plans aligned with business objectives.
  • Analyzing data insights to inform strategic decisions and drive campaign performance.
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of regulations, policies, and best practices in digital marketing.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience managing paid social advertising campaigns.
  • Strong App acquisition expertise and ideally full-funnel marketing experience.
  • Ability to break down complex problems into actionable roadmaps.
  • Leveraging incrementality test solutions to decide on campaign and budget mix.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage stakeholders effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify marketing opportunities and develop strategic solutions.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of regulations, policies, and best practices in digital marketing.
