Job Description:

This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing organization and contribute to the success of our influencer marketing vertical. We are currently searching for a Senior Influencer Relation Executive to help us power our expansion into various other influencer marketing related services.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence across our influencer marketing vertical, increasing our influencer network, and relationships.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Plan, design, and execute proposals or pitch decks for clients' influencer marketing briefs.
  • Maintain tight timelines for briefs received, understand client requirements, and create detailed proposals, presentations, and pitch decks.
  • Research, recruit, and onboard influencers, content creators, and celebrities using effective negotiation tactics and processes.
  • Brief and negotiate with influencers, content creators, and celebrities to ensure successful partnerships.
  • Manage our database of influencers and add new ones to the respective assigned category/genre.
  • Build strategic relationships with third-party vendors, agencies, and partners, including premium celebrity/artist management agencies, networks of content creators, and groups of micro-influencers.
  • Collaborate closely with internal team members and external partners to achieve our goals.
  • Execute campaigns seamlessly with strong coordination with onboarded influencers and internal teams.
  • Achieve quarterly goals and targets for successful campaign execution and high margins for all campaigns.
  • Analyze key metrics of campaigns and create insightful reports on influencer activation.

Skillset:

  • Familiarity with social media platforms.
  • At least 6 years of experience in influencer marketing (preferable) or social media.
  • Excellent communication, networking, and interpersonal skills.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Emails, Excel, PPT, Word).
  • Understanding of social media insights and analytics.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team, prioritize tasks, and manage time efficiently.
  • Strong negotiation and convincing skills.
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • High-level relationship-building skills and ability to serve clients effectively.
