Job Overview:

We seek a skilled Marketing Associate to support our influencer and brand marketing initiatives. This role involves coordinating campaigns, managing logistics, and ensuring smooth execution behind the scenes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate communication with influencers and content creators, including identification, outreach, and onboarding.
  • Support pre-production and on-site execution of brand shoots, reels, and content campaigns, including styling assistance, prop management, location setup, and vendor liaison.
  • Track influencer deliverables, timelines, and posting schedules, maintaining content calendars and reporting sheets.
  • Assist in planning and executing brand-led events, pop-ups, or influencer gatherings, handling vendor coordination, setup, and event-day assistance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 1–3 years of experience in influencer marketing, brand coordination, content production, or campaign support.
  • Strong aesthetic sensibility and understanding of visual content, social trends, and branding.
  • Hands-on experience assisting with ad shoots, reels, or events.
  • Good organizational and logistical management skills.
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and time-management abilities.
