Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist

 

Social media marketing and content creation are key components of this full-time, remote role.

This position involves creating engaging graphics, videos, and social posts for multiple brands across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and YouTube.

As a digital marketing expert, you will design compelling captions, hooks, and social copy to grab users' attention and drive real growth.

You will also be responsible for scheduling and publishing content consistently across multiple platforms, managing social presence for multiple businesses at once, and implementing strategies to increase followers, reach, and engagement.

In addition to these tasks, you will monitor KPIs, produce performance reports, and optimize campaigns to maximise visibility and drive results.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing social media across various platforms, strong skills in content design, and the ability to write effective captions and hooks.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience managing social media across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and YouTube
  • Strong skills in content design (Canva, Adobe, or similar) and a keen eye for aesthetics
  • Ability to write effective captions and hooks that drive clicks and engagement
  • Confidence in tracking analytics and making data-driven decisions
  • Proactivity, creativity, and a hunger to grow social profiles strategically
