Job Overview:

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies for our brand, creating engaging content, and growing our audience through organic reach. This person will work closely with our content team to ensure consistency across all platforms.

This role requires someone who has an eye for powerful visuals, strong writing skills, and social storytelling skills. The ideal candidate will have experience working with digital publishers and have a proven track record of growing social audiences using tools like Dash Hudson, Listen First or Google Analytics.

We are looking for a candidate who can expand our audience reach organically and is skilled in using the aforementioned tools. The successful candidate will have strong editorial judgement, community management experience, and excellent organisational skills.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement social media strategies for our brand.
  • Create engaging content for multiple social media platforms.
  • GrowCount our audience through organic reach.
  • Work closely with the content team to ensure consistency across all platforms.
  • Analyse data to inform smart editorial and social strategies.
  • Report on content performance and present insights to stakeholders.
Key Requirements:
  • 3+ years of social media experience, preferably with a digital publisher.
  • Experience working with social media tools like Dash Hudson, Listen First or Google Analytics.
  • Strong writing skills for captions, headlines, and visual storytelling.
  • Proven ability in visual storytelling that drives engagement.
  • Community management experience.
  • Excellent organisational skills, focus, and attention to detail.
