Results-Driven Digital Marketing Professional

This role involves leading teams and building client relationships in a dynamic digital marketing environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for scaling campaigns and executing successful paid media strategies.

Main Responsibilities
  • Paid Media Strategy & Execution: Design and implement ROI-focused strategies across Google Ads, Facebook/Meta, and other performance platforms to drive results.
  • Campaign Management: Plan, optimize, test, and scale end-to-end campaigns to exceed performance KPIs.
  • Client Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts; build trust, present insights, and provide strategic recommendations.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor junior team members and oversee external contractors to ensure quality execution.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor campaign metrics, conduct deep-dive analyses, and generate actionable insights and reports to inform business decisions.
Requirements
  • 5–7+ years of experience in performance marketing with a proven track record of scaling paid media campaigns.
  • Advanced knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Campaign Manager.
  • Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or equivalent.
  • Strong understanding of attribution models, A/B testing, and conversion rate optimization.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
