Job Title: Legal Executive

With 3-5 years of experience in non-litigation legal matters, you will be responsible for conducting thorough research and analysis to provide informed advice.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Research and Analysis: Conduct research and analysis to identify solutions and opportunities.
  • Drafting and Review: Draft and review various legal agreements, including non-disclosure agreements, master service agreements, and license agreements.
  • Document Preparation: Prepare and review other legal documents such as tender documents, authority letters, policies, undertakings, and terms and conditions.
  • Support Functions: Support the human resources department in drafting and reviewing HR-related documents.
  • Record Management: Maintain accurate records of legal agreements and documents in a centralized database.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform administrative and paralegal tasks as required by the organization.
Requirements:
  • Qualification: LLB or BL/LLB (3-year or 5-year law degree).
  • Experience: Minimum 4-5 years of relevant experience in non-litigation legal matters.
  • Skills: Strong research, writing, and analytical skills. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in using MS Office and related tools. Ability to work independently and take initiative. Attention to detail and strong time management skills.

The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills and be able to work well under pressure.
