Corporate Legal Manager
Our team seeks an accomplished Corporate Legal Manager to assume a pivotal role in managing the legal aspects of our lending transactions. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for drafting and reviewing various legal documents related to co-lending transactions, securitisation, debt instruments, and other financial agreements.
Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, external counsels, lenders, and financial institutions to ensure timely execution of transactions while adhering to applicable laws and regulations.
Ensure all documentation is compliant with relevant regulatory requirements, including those set by RBI, to guarantee the integrity of our lending activities.
Support due diligence, risk mitigation, and compliance checks to safeguard the interests of our organisation and its stakeholders.
A minimum of 3+ years of relevant experience in the lending/financial services space.
In-depth knowledge of legal frameworks governing co-lending structures, PTC / DA documentation, debt and borrowing transactions.
Prior work experience in FinTech, NBFC, or Banking environment preferred.
Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with high ownership expectations.
This critical position directly impacts high-value financial transactions and requires collaboration with leadership and cross-functional teams to contribute to our growth and regulatory strength. The successful candidate will have a direct impact on shaping the strategic direction of our lending ecosystem.
