Key Role: Immigration Lawyer Assistant

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Immigration Paralegal to join our team. This is a challenging role that requires exceptional attention to detail, excellent case management skills, and elite prioritization abilities.About the Job:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a full caseload of complex immigration cases, including NIW, O-1, and EB-1A petitions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of immigration law and have experience working with governmental organizations, including USCIS, CBP, and the US Department of Labor.

The position will require effective communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. The successful candidate will be expected to maintain accurate records, track cases, and manage priorities efficiently.

Responsibilities:
  • Draft, review, and edit high-volume NIV/IV cases
  • Manage a large caseload while liaising with inter-firm teams
  • Communicate effectively with clients throughout the visa process
  • Report on case progression and status to legal teams and managers
  • Liaise with governmental organizations, including USCIS, CBP, and the US Department of Labor
  • Support lawyers in procuring evidence, preparing supplementary documents, and ensuring adherence to procedural stipulations and submission deadlines
  • Prepare and coordinate document production and responses to RFEs
  • Maintain accurate records and perform consistent case tracking and management as per firm policies
Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you must have at least three (3) years of experience in immigration law, with a focus on O-1s, NIWs, and EB-1As. A Bachelor's degree and/or Paralegal Certificate is a plus.
