The primary objective of this role is to manage the revenue and distribution functions for hotels, hotel apartments, and holiday homes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute successful commercial strategies for our partners
  • Maintain a culture of excellence by replicating the founder's vision in all actions undertaken on behalf of the partners
  • Adjust strategies according to market trends to maximize room sales and revenue for hotels, holiday homes, and hotel apartments
  • Assist the founder in preparing revenue budgets and forecasts for all departments
  • Provide weekly and monthly rolling forecasts based on trend analysis
  • Organize regular revenue meetings with the founder for all partners to ensure execution of sales strategies and oversee sales and marketing activities
  • Stay up-to-date with best practices in revenue management systems, PMS tools, and OTA extranets, and train new team members
  • Maintain a consistent selling strategy across all channels and develop systems to support business growth opportunities for partners
  • Ensure accurate records of controls applied to all systems
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A proven track record of leadership and clarity of thought in executing revenue decisions
  • Strong analytical skills to analyze market trends and make data-driven decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with partners and internal teams
  • Familiarity with revenue management systems, PMS tools, and OTA extranets
