Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Senior Hospitality Revenue Strategist to join our team in South Goa. This is a critical on-site role at one of our premium resorts.

The ideal candidate will have experience in online travel agency management and hotel revenue optimization, with a strong understanding of the South Goa market and seasonal booking patterns.

Key responsibilities include managing online travel agencies across all group properties, building relationships with agency representatives, and analyzing booking trends to optimize pricing and availability.

Responsibilities also involve generating revenue reports, tracking competitor pricing, and coordinating with front office/reservation teams to ensure accurate data flow.

We are looking for local talent who understands the South Goa tourism ecosystem and can contribute to the growth of our revenue strategy across our hotel portfolio.

Requirements:

  • 2–4 years of experience in online travel agency management and/or hotel revenue optimization
  • Strong understanding of the South Goa market and seasonal booking patterns
  • Existing personal contacts with agency representatives is a major advantage
  • Proficiency in online travel agency extranets, channel managers, property management systems, and Excel reporting
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive approach to hotel revenue growth
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
