We're seeking a driven Recruitment Specialist to join our global HR team. In this role, you'll lead recruitment efforts for the APAC region, collaborating closely with HR Business Partners and hiring managers to attract and select top talent.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive and lead recruitment for the APAC region, taking overall accountability for delivering the recruitment plan
  • Develop creative sourcing strategies and partner with hiring managers to fill roles quickly and with top-quality candidates
  • Direct source potential candidates through job portals, social media, and other creative approaches
  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their needs and exceed expectations
  • Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates to react quickly to changing demand and requirements
  • Maintain data, reporting, and hiring metrics on a regular basis
  • Participate in HR projects
  • Provide daily communication with candidates, setting up interviews, and ensuring a great candidate experience
  • Create, post, and promote job openings through Naukri, LinkedIn, social media, and other channels
  • Manage offer management and pre-onboarding of new employees
  • Stay informed and advise on the latest recruiting trends and market movements
  • Support office management activities and employee engagement initiatives

Competencies:

  • At least 3 to 5 years of relevant recruiting experience, preferably in the IT industry
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to interpret business needs and suggest creative solutions partnering with business leaders
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and secure sensitive information and data
  • Experience working as part of a virtual or global team
  • Ambitious, confident, and driven demeanor, able to converse confidently with stakeholders and influence decisions
  • Skilled in managing day-to-day office operations, ensuring a productive environment
  • Experience maintaining office supplies, equipment, and coordinating with vendors and building management
  • Proven ability to organize and support events, meetings, and conferences, including logistics, scheduling, and setup
