Job Title: Total Rewards Strategist
This pivotal role drives employee retention and engagement through effective pay practices, providing deep analytics to inform decision-making.
We seek a dynamic professional to lead the Total Rewards strategy for our organization. The role ensures alignment of reward systems with business goals, designs total rewards strategies, and develops compensation structures.
The ideal candidate has 6–8 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits / Rewards / HR Analytics, preferably in the BFSI sector. They possess a postgraduate degree in HR / MBA from a recognized institute, with strong analytical and numerical ability. Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, HR dashboards, and compensation tools is essential.
The successful candidate will drive data-driven insights, design dashboards and analytics around rewards, headcount, productivity, and cost trends. They will partner with external consultants to manage compensation benchmarking, surveys, and best practice reviews. Additionally, they will ensure compliance with internal reward governance policies and applicable statutory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and manage compensation structures that promote employee retention and engagement.
- Analyze data to inform decision-making and drive business outcomes.
