We are embarking on a new chapter, where total reward solutions will deliver exceptional outcomes and drive growth.
As a Strategic Total Reward Leader, you will play a pivotal role in shaping total reward priorities and delivering solutions that support both colleagues and business aspirations.
You will guide the organization through change and risk management, ensuring total reward practices are future-proofed, customer-centric, and underpin increased business performance.
- Lead total reward advice, guidance, and insight across the organization.
- Develop customer-centric, data-led total reward solutions to deliver differentiated outcomes for differentiated performance.
- Ensure seamless Total Rewards CoE activities and processes to deliver customer-centric solutions.
- Drive leadership and line manager understanding of the value and impact of total reward adoption and use.
Implement and embed total reward programmes across the organization, enhancing total reward value as part of the Employee Value Proposition (EVP).
Bring external perspectives and ingrains best practice across the organization to increase the impact of total reward on organizational performance.

- Business partnering: lead and shape partnerships with leaders to translate business unit goals into total reward programmes.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills: demonstrate strong analytical ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
- Change and project delivery: highly proficient in change management techniques to facilitate smooth transition of total reward change.
- Storytelling with data/business insights: strong skills in building the case for total reward change, drawing on data and analytical insights.
- Communication: communicate confidently and with influence across all total reward matters.
Innovation and excellence: constantly build knowledge base through internal and external learning exposure, bringing thought leadership to influence business total reward solutions.
