Job Description:

Developing a forward-thinking global compensation and rewards strategy is crucial for our company's continued growth and success.

This role focuses on establishing a standardized global compensation framework, driving differentiated rewards programs, and managing key aspects such as job architecture, compensation benchmarking, short-term incentive programs (STIPs), long-term incentive programs (LTIPs), and global benefits administration.

  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of a comprehensive global compensation framework and strategy ensuring alignment with business goals and competitive market practices.
  • Oversee the creation and continuous improvement of differentiated rewards programs, including short-term incentives (STIPs), long-term incentives (LTIPs), and executive compensation.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive job architecture model to ensure consistent and equitable job classifications, structures, and career progression paths across the organization.
  • Conduct global compensation benchmarking to ensure the company remains competitive in attracting and retaining top talent in the industry.

The successful candidate will need strong analytical and data modeling skills, as well as advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, to deliver actionable insights and communicate effectively with senior leadership.

Key Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in a senior Total Rewards or Compensation and Benefits leadership role preferably within a global IT services or technology company.
  • Strong expertise in establishing and managing a global compensation framework, job architecture, and rewards strategy.
  • In-depth experience with compensation benchmarking, STIPs, LTIPs, and executive compensation practices.
