
Compensation and Benefits Specialist

Drive success as a Compensation and Benefits expert.
You will be responsible for aligning our organization's compensation practices with our overall HR strategy. This involves designing compensation structures, determining salary ranges, managing annual salary revisions, communicating compensation programs to employees and management, monitoring the program, and making changes as needed. You will also be responsible for developing and executing technology roadmaps for market intelligence and total rewards.
- Monitor our compensation structure and maintain a balance between compliance, cost control, and attracting and retaining staff.
- Be a member of a project team responsible for developing and executing technology roadmaps for market intelligence and total rewards.
- Perform quantitative and qualitative data analysis of key market intelligence indicators using predictive analytics and interlock with stakeholders to support actionable market intelligence.
- Maintain an enterprise-level focus on compensation management activities while understanding unique characteristics of state entities with diverse missions.
- Consult with and educate senior leaders and managers on our compensation philosophy, policies, and structures.
- Research and analyze market data to develop compensation structures. Conduct ad-hoc analysis for business leaders on key skills or talent, and provide general market pricing of jobs through salary surveys.
- Support the work of HR professionals within the center of excellence and the development of a truly global HR organization delivering clients and communities.
- Undertake job evaluations to ensure fair differences in pay between employees doing different jobs within the organization.
- May prepare RFPs and shortlist vendors. Responsible for timely completion of appraisal cycles/revision cycles.

- Drive wellbeing and benefits operations professionals to enable the development and successful implementation of health and mental wellbeing policies and programs conceptualized in conjunction with local and global benefits teams.
- Responsible for defining problem statements, goal setting, performance management, escalation management, and coaching/mentoring operations teams across health, wellbeing, and operations functions.
- Works closely with senior leadership, HR, HQ benefits, and wellbeing teams to build consensus and support for India Health and Wellbeing Strategy.
- Focus on communication and branding of all associate benefits.
- Drive insurance renewals for Fiserv India entity.
- Develops approaches for administering health and wellbeing programs for Fiserv India in India in collaboration with local and global teams.
- Drives vendor market intelligence across the broader benefits portfolio and helps optimize ROI.
- Manages multiple vendors/services contracts and renewals.
- Leads internal governance of functional metrics and health/insurance dashboards.
- Drives finalization of annual Fiserv India engagement calendars in partnership with site excellence and enables implementation of events in conjunction with global and India teams.
- Works with leaders, HRBPs, talent acquisition, and leadership teams to effectively communicate/amplify Fiserv India's Benefits philosophy and educate team members on Total Rewards value in partnership with communications.
- Manages and monitors health and wellbeing budgets and insurance.
- Owns and drives company-wide special projects aligned to team/organizational needs.
Requirements
- 10-12 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits.
- Experienced graduate in any discipline or MBA Finance/HR.
- Prior experience in people leadership with expertise in benefits portfolio management, preferably from a technology or eCommerce organization or broker industries.
- Deep expertise in budgeting, vendor assessment, data requirement gathering, project management, process design, and governance.
- Strong network of peers in competitor organizations.
- Awareness of market landscape and practices specifically in health and mental wellbeing.
- Strong presentation skills and communication are desirable.
- Able to handle large-size data in Excel skills.
- Must be able to conduct oneself professionally in dealing with highly sensitive information.
- Time management and analytical skills.
- Utilize strong organizational skills to establish plans, define objectives, set deliverables/timelines, and implement quality standards.
- Past experience in matrix organizations or corporate offices is preferred.
