Key Responsibilities:

  • C&B design, including pay ranges, structuring, mix, and benefits
  • Deliver Compensation and Benefits solutions for clients with focus on the following areas:
  1. C&B design, including pay ranges, structuring, mix, and benefits
  2. Annual review and bonus processes
  3. Statutory compliance and market practices
  4. Compensation and Benefits market benchmarking, trends, and advisory
  5. Job evaluation and leveling
  6. Cycle budgeting, management, and execution
  7. Present solutions and recommendations to client and/or internal teams
  8. Due diligence for renewals and trends for Insurance and employee wellness programs at clients
  9. Coordinate with HR operations to implement programs in consultation with the HR business partner
  10. Liaise with Benefits Partners / vendors and work with other functions to execute Benefits Programs at clients
  11. Provide consulting advice to established clients, design and implement specific rewards-related projects

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in a compensation role
  • All-round understanding of Total Rewards design principles and their application, along with associated business acumen
  • Familiarity with one or more of the leading Job Evaluation frameworks
  • Experience in conducting annual compensation cycles
  • Experience in engaging with and onboarding benefits vendors
  • High level of Proficiency in MS Office, particularly in MS Excel
  • Strong communication skills and ability to present complex data and insights
