About the Role:
  • Drive people-centric strategies aligned with organizational goals, working closely with business leaders to deliver impactful results.
  • Provide strategic advisory services to senior management on matters related to org design, talent planning, leadership development, and workforce strategy.
  • Lead initiatives aimed at enhancing engagement, retention, and succession planning, ensuring a competitive edge in the market.
  • Promote change management efforts and support transformation programs from a holistic perspective.
  • Develop and implement compensation and benefits strategies across levels and functions, ensuring alignment with company values and business objectives.
  • Collaborate with external consultants and internal stakeholders on C&B surveys, market benchmarking, and pay parity reviews.
  • Oversee the performance appraisal cycle, guaranteeing fairness and equity.
  • Ensure reward programs are compliant, consistent, and reflective of company values and business goals.
  • Work closely with Finance, Legal, and other teams to ensure reward frameworks meet both business and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:
