We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as Customer Support Specialist. This role requires someone who is able to provide exceptional customer service and support in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role:

  • The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a Service Desk environment, with a strong understanding of ERP software.
  • You will be responsible for providing timely and accurate execution of transactional services, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a professional manner.
  • As a Customer Support Specialist, you will work closely with internal customers, engineers, and other teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Accurately execute transactional services in accordance with company regulations and guidelines.
  2. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or ticketing system.
  3. Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
  4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in a Service Desk environment.
  • Strong understanding of ERP software.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
