
Customer Support Specialist

We are seeking highly skilled professionals to fill the role of Customer Support Specialist.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by handling inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats in a timely and efficient manner.
- Provide accurate support, address customer concerns, and ensure satisfaction.
- Communicate fluently in English and Hindi or a South Indian language to cater to a diverse customer base.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in English and Hindi or a South Indian language.
- A graduate degree in any discipline.
- A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in customer support (voice, email, counselling, or similar roles).
Eligible candidates must be immediate joiners and available to work 6 days a week with rotational shifts. This is a great opportunity for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.
