Objective: To obtain a customer support specialist role in an IT company where I can utilize my technical knowledge and skills to provide exceptional support to customers.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver first-class technical assistance to clients via various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Analyze and troubleshoot complex technical issues related to software applications and services.
- Collaborate with the engineering and product teams to resolve intricate problems and implement effective solutions.
- Document all support interactions and maintain detailed records of customer inquiries and resolutions.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of support processes and documentation.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-6 years of experience in a customer support or technical support role.
- Strong understanding of software applications and troubleshooting techniques.
- Experience with ticketing systems and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
