We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Customer Support Specialist to join our team. This individual will be responsible for providing exceptional support to customers, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner, and working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver top-notch results.
Key Responsibilities:- Review, clarify, and process customer tickets submitted by external and internal customers
- Verify the technical integrity of test results and related information
- Elevate complex issues to the appropriate resolver following a tiered response structure
- Inform sales and operations management about customer concerns
- Manage training requests for our course catalog and business partner applications from prospective installers
- Analyze metrics on work performed to report queue status
- Assist in producing various materials in association with training initiatives
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Strong analytical and technical skills
- Proficiency in Excel-based tools
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
