Job Title: Customer Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Customer Support Specialist to join our team. This individual will be responsible for providing exceptional support to customers, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner, and working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver top-notch results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review, clarify, and process customer tickets submitted by external and internal customers
  • Verify the technical integrity of test results and related information
  • Elevate complex issues to the appropriate resolver following a tiered response structure
  • Inform sales and operations management about customer concerns
  • Manage training requests for our course catalog and business partner applications from prospective installers
  • Analyze metrics on work performed to report queue status
  • Assist in producing various materials in association with training initiatives
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Strong analytical and technical skills
  • Proficiency in Excel-based tools
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
