
Administrative Finance Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Process and reconcile vendor bills and statements in a timely manner.
- Verify bank entries and ensure accurate reconciliations.
- Manage payroll processing and entries, including credit card and sales tax calculations.
- Prepare customer invoices, mailings, and AR/Revenue Reconciliation.
- Update Document Checklist, Document Library, and Client Reports as needed.
- Calculate and file sales tax accurately and on time.
- Reconcile payroll for accuracy and completeness.
- Perform accruals, prepayments, deferred revenue, depreciation, and month-end adjustments.
- Communicate internally to address routine queries and questions.
- Review and prepare financial statements for review and approval.
- Ensure confidentiality of client information adhering to ISO/IEC:27001 guidelines.
Requirements:
- Mandatory experience in KPO is required.
Responsibilities Include:
This role will be responsible for performing various administrative tasks related to finance and accounting. The selected candidate must have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
