We are seeking a skilled and motivated Dynamics 365 F&O Functional Consultant to work on finance and operations implementations.

Job description:

  • 5+ years of experience as a MS D365 Finance & Operations implementation specialist with strong business process knowledge
  • Configure and customize D365 F&O modules (Sales, Finance, SCM, Procurement, Inventory, etc.) to meet client requirements
  • Work closely with the technical team to ensure proper implementation of solutions in various industries
  • Participate in data migration, testing, and go-live support for large-scale projects
  • Collaborate with clients based globally for project delivery and development of scalable solutions
  • Gather and analyze business requirements, document functional specifications, and design custom solutions in D365 F&O
  • Configure and customize modules such as Finance, Procurement & Sourcing, Accounts Receivable/Payable, General Ledger, Inventory Management, and Supply Chain Management to improve operational efficiency
  • Lead and participate in end-to-end implementation cycles, including requirement workshops, Fit-Gap analysis, testing, data migration, training, and post-go-live support to ensure successful project outcomes
  • Collaborate with technical consultants, developers, and integration teams to deliver robust and secure solutions
  • Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure business continuity through proactive problem-solving and effective communication
  • Conduct UAT sessions and user training workshops to ensure seamless adoption of new systems
  • Prepare project documentation including Business Process Documents, Functional Design Documents, and Training Manuals to maintain high-quality standards
  • Stay updated with Microsoft D365 F&O roadmap, new features, and best practices to recommend process improvements and enhance overall performance

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience as a D365 F&O Functional Consultant with expertise in key modules
  • Strong skills in financial management, supply chain management, and inventory control
  • Experience in Fit-Gap analysis, business process mapping, and solution design to deliver customized solutions
  • Proficiency in preparing functional documentation and test scripts to ensure accuracy and clarity
  • Strong communication, presentation, and client-facing skills to build trust and rapport with clients
  • Ability to work independently and lead small to medium-sized implementation projects to drive success and growth
  • Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant Associate / Supply Chain Management Functional Consultant Associate
  • Experience with global rollouts and multi-country implementations to expand reach and impact
