We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Debt Financing Specialist. This is a full-time remote position that requires strong analytical and communication skills.

About the Role:

This specialist will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients and lender partners, as well as identifying and nurturing new business opportunities in the private debt space.

The ideal candidate will have experience with financial modeling, cash flow analysis, and financial statement review. They will also possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and lender partners.
  • Draft and develop client business overviews and investment memoranda.
  • Analyze financial statements and create comprehensive financial models.
  • Coordinate lender interactions with clients and maintain project plans.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product offerings.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Financial Modeling and Analysis Skills: Experience with financial modeling, cash flow analysis, and financial statement review.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective relationship-building.
  • Problem-Solving and Organizational Skills: Strong problem-solving, organizational, and collaboration skills.

Qualifications:

We are looking for candidates with:

  • Bachelor's Degree: A degree in Business Finance or a related field.
  • Certifications: Certified Financial Analyst (CFA) or Chartered Accountant (CA) certification.
