Territory Sales Lead

Job Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our sales team in the Hyderabad City/Zone. As a key member of our sales and distribution function, you will be responsible for managing distributors and promoters to effectively promote prepaid SIMs, MNP, and recharges.

Main Responsibilities
  • Appoint and manage distributors and promoters to achieve sales targets by ensuring distributor infrastructure, investment, and involvement for reliable and effective service.
  • Expand town coverage and distribution outlets to enhance extraction intensity.
  • Visit markets/distributors as per performance journey plan (PJP) to strengthen market execution and trade relationships.
  • Drive extraction from covered sites and towns - quality gross and tertiary.
Skill Requirements
  • Minimum 5-11 years of experience in Telco/FMCG.
  • Effective distributor management skills.
  • Motivation and leadership skills to build capability.
  • Conflict management skills.
  • Self-driven with minimal guidance required.
Desirable Qualifications
  • Graduate degree, MBA preferred.
  • English and local market language proficiency.
  • Ability to interpret and construct performance reports.
