We are seeking a skilled and charismatic individual to join our team as a Floor Captain. In this role, you will be the face of our restaurant, providing exceptional guest service from the moment guests arrive until they depart.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the floor with warmth and efficiency, ensuring smooth service and addressing any issues promptly.
  • Champion guest experience, making every guest feel welcome and valued.
  • Coach and guide your team, providing feedback and support to ensure excellent service delivery.
  • Upsell and promote our menu offerings, highlighting the quality and uniqueness of our dishes.
About You
  • You have 2-4 years of experience in restaurants, premium casual dining, or hospitality.
  • You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a warm and confident approach.
  • You thrive in fast-paced environments, handling multiple tasks and priorities with ease.
  • You are fluent in English and able to communicate effectively with diverse groups.
  • You are eager to learn and grow, with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
