We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to oversee all human resources functions for a dynamic organization.

Job Description

This role focuses on key aspects of HR, including talent acquisition and management, employee relations, benefits administration, and payroll processing. The successful candidate will lead the development and implementation of strategies to attract and retain top talent while maintaining a positive work environment.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of employment laws and regulations, as well as experience with HR information systems (HRIS). They will be responsible for ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

  • Talent Acquisition: Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates
  • Employee Relations: Manage employee complaints, grievances, and performance issues
  • Benefits Administration: Coordinate health insurance, paid time off, and other benefits programs
  • Payroll Processing: Ensure accurate and timely payment of employees
Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

  • 5+ years of HR experience, with 2+ years in a supervisory role
  • Experience in talent acquisition and management, employee relations, and benefits administration
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of ₹65,000 - ₹85,000 per month, as well as health insurance, paid sick time, paid time off, and a provident fund.
