Job Title: Human Resources Business Partner
Overview:
The Human Resources Business Partner will work closely with senior management to drive business outcomes through effective people management practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic HR plans aligned with business objectives.
- Lead the recruitment process, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of top talent.
- Design and deliver employee training programs to enhance skills and knowledge across the organization.
- Manage performance appraisals, working closely with managers to set goals, provide feedback, and make recommendations for growth and development.
- Administer accurate attendance records, leave, and work hours while maintaining up-to-date HR policies.
- Oversee the smooth operation of day-to-day HR functions, responding to employee inquiries and resolving HR-related issues.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business or a relevant discipline.
- At least 8 years of experience in an HR generalist role, preferably in a multinational environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with good writing style.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Meticulous and organized, with ability to work independently and as a team player.
