Key Financial Leadership Role

As a senior financial leader, you will be responsible for driving growth and innovation in working capital finance solutions. This role requires a unique blend of business acumen, financial expertise, and strategic thinking to structure and deliver tailored solutions to clients.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of identifying and developing key partnerships, building strong relationships with internal stakeholders, and collaborating across functions to drive business results.

Core Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategies to acquire new partners and expand existing relationships in the working capital finance space.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand client needs and develop bespoke working capital solutions.
  • Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activity.
  • Structure and negotiate complex working capital finance solutions, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and compliance with regulations.
  • Provide training and support to partners on working capital finance products, enabling them to effectively communicate the value proposition to clients.
  • Monitor partner performance, track KPIs, and identify areas for improvement to ensure timely delivery of solutions.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in business development, partner management, or a related field.
  • Strong financial expertise, including knowledge of working capital finance products and services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
