Senior Operational Leader Wanted

We seek a highly skilled professional to lead our India operations, ensuring seamless delivery of our strategy and fostering a high-performance culture. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing our Bengaluru office, maintaining statutory compliance, and holding a directorship.

About the Role

This is a senior leadership position that requires exceptional operational management skills, experience in governance and compliance, strong financial acumen, and the ability to drive strategy with warmth, rigour, and agility. As the most senior representative in India, you will play a key role in aligning regional delivery with global priorities.

  • Operate as legal representative and Director for all Indian entities, ensuring local laws and internal policies are upheld
  • Oversee budgeting, team management, financial planning and reporting across all business units
  • Lead and develop the Bengaluru-based team; mentor managers and foster a high-performance culture
  • Deliver against a mission-led strategy focused on professional development, engineering excellence, and social impact
  • Liaise with international teams to ensure operational alignment
  • Represent the organisation with confidence in legal, governance, and business forums
Your Background

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • Proven operational leadership in India - ideally in a professional membership body, association or similarly regulated environment
  • Exceptional understanding of governance, compliance, and HR practices
  • Strong financial acumen and experience managing P&L
  • Ability to drive strategy with warmth, rigour and agility
  • Line management experience with the gravitas to lead national delivery
