We are currently seeking a seasoned Finance Leader to join our organization in the role of Chief Financial Officer.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Strategy and Planning

  • Develop and execute comprehensive financial strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning cycles to drive growth and profitability.
  • Provide insightful recommendations to the leadership team to inform strategic decision-making.

Accounts and Financial Reporting

  • Oversee end-to-end accounting operations, including general ledger management, accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and reconciliations.
  • Ensure timely and accurate preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with Indian GAAP/IFRS/Ind-AS.
  • Implement best practices in financial reporting to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Monitor cash flow, working capital, and provide insights to optimize financial performance.

Audit and Compliance

  • Manage statutory, internal, and tax audits to ensure timely closure and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure adherence to Companies Act, Income Tax Act, GST, FEMA, and other relevant regulations.
  • Establish and maintain robust internal controls to mitigate risks and ensure accuracy.
  • Liaise with external auditors, consultants, and regulators to ensure seamless audit processes.

Taxation and Regulatory

  • Oversee direct and indirect tax compliance, filings, and assessments to ensure timely payments and adherence to statutory timelines.
  • Stay abreast of regulatory changes and implement necessary process updates to maintain compliance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred)
  • Professional accounting designation as a CA
  • At least 10 years of experience at a senior level financial managerial position in a similar industry
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Results-oriented, strategic thinker, and planner
