Qualifications and Education

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:

  • A minimum of 8 years' experience in an upscale hotel or restaurant setting, with at least 2 years as a Senior Chef de Partie.
  • A culinary degree from a reputable institution.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to motivate and inspire teams, driving performance and growth.
  • Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and staff supervision.
  • Proficiency in computer software, particularly point-of-sale systems and kitchen management tools.
