The role holder will oversee managing the Knowledge Excellence Centre, expanding activities, and introducing new areas of study and research.

This entails:

  • Expanding current activities and exploring newer dimensions
  • Closely studying international events and initiatives, reviewing their applicability and relevance to India
  • Developing and executing training, public awareness, and research programs
  • Fostering collaboration with government bodies, academia, and civic partners
  • Guiding talent management and development programs within the organization
  • Operating with a consultative approach to the management committee
  • Strategically guiding and operationalizing campus facilities and expansion projects

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • Any professional qualification, with a Ph.D. preferred
  • Proven experience in leadership, education, social research, public policy, or non-profit sectors
  • A strong track record in program development, partnerships, and team management
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities
  • Commitment to ethical governance and public leadership aligned with the ethos of "New Leaders for a New India"

Key Responsibilities: The role holder will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of the organization, including managing the Knowledge Excellence Centre, expanding activities, and introducing new areas of study and research.

Requirements: The ideal candidate should possess any professional qualification, with a Ph.D. preferred, and have proven experience in leadership, education, social research, public policy, or non-profit sectors.
