Senior Finance Professional Job Description

This role is responsible for overseeing the financial planning process, including budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.

  • Develop, oversee, and enforce the financial planning process to ensure alignment with overall organizational goals.

The Senior Finance Professional will analyze financial data, trends, and performance metrics to provide insights and recommendations to senior management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with department heads to create departmental budgets and ensure alignment with overall organizational goals.
  • Prepare and present accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and analyses to stakeholders, including management, board of directors, and external parties.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • CA qualification is mandatory.

Key Skills:

  • Knowledge of Indian GAAP, including IndAS.
  • Timely closure of books every month and Investor reporting.
  • Experience in cash flow and working capital management.
