Senior Financial Planning and Analysis Leader

We are seeking an accomplished financial planning and analysis professional to lead initiatives that drive strategic decision-making, business growth, and operational excellence.

Job Summary:
  • Oversee the development and implementation of comprehensive financial plans, forecasts, and models that align with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify trends, optimize processes, and improve financial performance.
  • Analyze complex financial data, identify key drivers, and provide actionable insights to inform business decisions.
  • Design and implement effective financial systems, tools, and processes to support strategic initiatives and drive business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling efforts across the organization.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders to ensure alignment on financial strategies and goals.
  • Provide expert financial guidance and support to business units, ensuring accurate reporting and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
  • Certified Accountant (CA) or equivalent qualification.
  • 6-8 years of relevant experience in financial planning and analysis, corporate finance, or business finance.
  • Proven expertise in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, financial software, and ERP systems.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with ability to interact effectively with senior stakeholders.
