Job Description:

As a Senior Finance Professional, you will play a pivotal role in driving financial growth and contributing to the success of our organization.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial analytics, preparing Management Information Systems (MIS), and assisting in strategic initiatives including fundraising efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Financial Planning & Analytics:
    1. Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support data-driven decision-making.
    2. Prepare, monitor, and report on MIS to provide actionable insights.
    3. Assist in creating financial models to assess business performance and opportunities.
  2. Cash Flow & Budget Management:
    1. Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure optimal liquidity.
    2. Oversee budget preparation and performance tracking to maintain financial health.
    3. Recommend measures to improve cost-efficiency and financial sustainability.
  3. Support Strategic Initiatives:
    1. Collaborate closely with the Finance Manager on key strategic activities, including fundraising efforts.
    2. Prepare financial projections and pitch decks for investors and stakeholders.
    3. Liaise with external stakeholders such as auditors, banks, and investors.
  4. Process Optimization:
    1. Identify and implement process improvements to streamline financial operations.
    2. Ensure compliance with all internal controls, regulations, and reporting requirements.
    3. Book-keeping.
  5. Team Collaboration:
    1. Act as a mentor to junior finance professionals, guiding them on day-to-day tasks and financial best practices.
    2. Work cross-functionally with other departments to align financial goals with business objectives.
Requirements:
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of relevant experience in financial analytics, MIS, or corporate finance.
  • Advanced proficiency in financial software and Excel-based modeling.
  • Strong knowledge of cash flow management, budgeting, and financial forecasting.
  • Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data.
  • Experience in fundraising processes and financial due diligence (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative attitude.
