We are seeking a forward-thinking professional with expertise in business drivers and financial metrics to oversee our company's strategic planning, forecasting, and financial management processes. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to provide actionable insights and support informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develops comprehensive strategic plans, forecasts, and financial models through advanced financial planning.
  • Prepares, analyzes, and presents financial results, trends, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior leadership through data-driven analysis & reporting.
  • Collaborates with department heads to understand business needs, track performance, and drive operational efficiency through strategic business partnering.
  • Conducts regular variance analysis comparing actual results to forecasts and budgets, identifying drivers and recommending corrective actions through analytical insights.
  • Delivers high-quality presentations and dashboards to support executive reviews and board meetings through expert reporting.
  • Develops and maintains complex financial models to assess business scenarios, investment opportunities, and risk analysis through scenario planning.
  • Enhances financial processes, tools, and systems to increase forecasting accuracy, automation, and efficiency through process improvement initiatives.
  • Mentors and manages the team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning through leadership development.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Requires CA, MBA with 20 years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, Business finance.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading and implementing process improvement initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of business process mapping with ERP/accounting software experience.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication, collaboration, and leadership abilities.
  • Experience managing cross-functional projects is a plus.
  • Experience with Six Sigma, Lean, or other process improvement methodologies.
  • High attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
