Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the execution of Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) projects specifically for Data Center facilities.
  • Oversee design, fabrication, and erection phases ensuring compliance with structural, safety, and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with Data Center Engineering, Operations, and Construction teams to integrate PEB structures with critical Data Center infrastructure.
  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, resource allocation, and budgets.
  • Manage relationships with vendors, contractors, fabricators, and suppliers ensuring quality and timely delivery.
  • Monitor project progress, conduct site inspections, and implement corrective actions to mitigate risks.
  • Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental policies on-site.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams for seamless project execution including mechanical, electrical, and civil disciplines.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
  • Minimum 12 + years of experience in managing Pre-Engineered Building projects.
  • Proven experience in executing Data Centre construction projects, with understanding of critical infrastructure requirements.
  • Strong knowledge of PEB design, fabrication processes, structural steel, and construction methodologies.
  • Familiarity with relevant codes and standards (e.g., AWS, IS, AISC, local building codes).
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software (MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD, Revit).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
