Job Title: Strategic Procurement Leader
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven leader to drive our capital equipment and infrastructure procurement strategies across brownfield and greenfield projects.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading cross-functional teams, developing and executing strategic procurement plans, and building strong relationships with global suppliers and stakeholders.
- Develop and execute strategic procurement plans that align with business goals and objectives.
- Lead cross-functional teams to drive procurement initiatives and achieve cost savings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with global suppliers and stakeholders to ensure competitive pricing and reliable supply chains.
- Negotiate long-term contracts with OEMs and vendors to optimize costs and reduce risks.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and mitigate risks in supply chain and vendor agreements.
- Develop and implement data-driven insights to optimize budgets, enhance decision-making, and improve operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 18 years of experience in procurement, with deep expertise in capital equipment, industrial machinery, and large-scale capex investments.
- Proven track record of leadership, negotiation, and analytical skills, with proficiency in procurement software and contract management.
