Global Sourcing

  • Manage the import procurement of materials such as steel.
  • Assess commercial viability and import potential of new products.

Vendor Relationship Management

  • Research high-value, quality vendors and maintain a backup pipeline.
  • Evaluate vendor credibility and assess their suitability for long-term partnerships.

Process Control and Documentation

  • Ensure end-to-end process control from Purchase Order to Goods Received Note (GRN) to vendor.
