Procurement Leadership Role

We are seeking a seasoned procurement leader to spearhead our capital procurement efforts. The successful candidate will bring 15+ years of experience in techno-commercial procurement, preferably in the chemicals, engineering, or consultancy domains.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead procurement of capital goods for new projects across multiple sites, ensuring life cycle value, maintainability, and savings.
  • Deliver win-win negotiations and strategic vendor partnerships aligned with organizational values.
  • Develop and lead the Techno-Commercial Cell (TCC) with a focus on systems, hygiene, and team growth via structured Career Development Plans.
  • Drive digitalization of procurement using platforms and tools that enhance visibility, reduce Time-to-Achieve-TAT, and improve decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Holds a Bachelor's degree in Engineering certification or diploma in Materials Management/Procurement is preferred.
  • Brings 15+ years of experience in techno-commercial procurement, preferably in the chemicals, engineering, or consultancy domains.
