Role Overview:

The Senior Training Manager-Sales Enablement Process is responsible for ensuring all training goals and objectives are met at an account level. This role involves creating and implementing learning service integration and transition plans, ensuring timely and effective activities are performed.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate the integration and transition of learning services, collaborating with customers to ensure all requirements are met.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance and execution of all training practices as defined for the business.
  • Work with internal and external customers to configure the organization's learning management system.
  • Assess and report on learning service performance, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Facilitate learning service reviews and improvement initiatives, collaborating with learning service providers and customers.
  • Manage and allocate resources as per business needs, ensuring SOW terms are met.
  • Mentor new and existing resources.

Requirements:

  • Must have Sales Enablement Training experience of at least 3 years.
  • People leadership experience of 7+ years.
  • Must have led a team of managers for at least 3+ years.
  • Must have knowledge of learning and development best practices.
  • A proven track record of training program development and management.
  • Excellent leadership skills.
  • Good to have.
  • Understanding of Advertising, Marketing World and/or Content Moderation.
  • Content Design & Development Skills.
  • Experience in handling LMS activities.
