Job Title

We are seeking a seasoned Tendering Manager to lead the tendering and bidding process for solar power projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the review, analysis, and preparation of responses to RFIs, RFPs, and tenders in the solar industry.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather inputs for proposals.
  • Develop and submit technical and commercial bids, ensuring compliance with client and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct cost estimation, BOQ preparation, and pricing strategies to ensure competitive bids.
  • Monitor live tenders, track bid submissions, and maintain a tender pipeline database.
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, and government authorities during the pre-bid and post-bid stages.
  • Support contract negotiations and handover to project execution teams after award.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 3–4 years of experience in tendering, bid management, or proposals in the solar/renewable energy sector.
  • Strong knowledge of Solar EPC.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines with attention to detail.
