Responsibilities

  • Identify tender opportunities through online and offline platforms.
  • Manage tenders on the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) portal and other platforms.
  • Preparation and submission of technical and financial bids in line with tender requirements.
  • Coordinate with different departments for documentation and queries related to tenders.
  • Review tender documents and ensure compliance with tender requirements.
  • Maintain and update tender documentation, records, and reports.
  • Monitor the tender status and follow up on bid results.
  • Ensure timely submission of tenders and support in post-tender negotiations if needed.
  • Monitor the submission of bids and ensure they are accurately completed and meet the requirements of the tendering process.

Candidate Profile

  • Good Knowledge in Excel.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Quick Learner.
  • Basic knowledge on computer hardware
  • Ability to manage tight deadlines, effectively coordinate tasks, and contribute to making difficult decisions.
