Job Description:

  • Monitor and identify relevant tenders through GeM, e-procurement portals, and utility/government agency websites.
  • Evaluate tender documents and RFPs/RFQs to assess technical and commercial feasibility.
  • Manage the entire GeM bidding cycle, including product listing, catalogue management, bid participation, and order fulfilment.
  • Experience working with DISCOMs, Power Grid Corporation or similar utility bodies will be an added advantage.
  • Sending of samples for type testing/lot acceptance testing to various labs such as CPRI/ERDA/ERTL.
  • Involve in Inspections by Government officers.

Desired Functional Knowledge & Skills:

  • 3+ years of relevant experience in tendering, specifically within GeM portal and e-procurement sites.
  • Familiarity with utility sector procurement processes and grid-based project requirements.
  • Strong knowledge of tender norms, bid formats, statutory compliance, and government procurement policies.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, GeM portal, and e-tendering platforms
