Procurement Specialist Role

Tendering specialists play a critical role in securing government and institutional business by ensuring compliance, competitive pricing, and timely submissions.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end tendering process, from identifying relevant tenders to preparing and submitting technical and commercial bids. Strong communication and coordination skills across stakeholders are essential for success in this role.

  • Job Description:
  • Identify, track, and analyze relevant tenders/RFPs from government portals, institutions, and agencies.
  • Prepare and submit technical and commercial bids in compliance with requirements.
  • Manage pre-bid queries, clarifications, and amendments.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Compile technical specifications, certificates, brochures, and authorization letters in coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain updated records of mandatory registrations (GeM, MSME, ISO, CDSCO, CE, etc.) and ensure compliance.
  • Liaise with legal, finance, and operations to align terms and conditions, taxes, and statutory documentation.
  • Requirements & Qualifications:
  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Science, Commerce, or related fields.
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in a tendering/procurement role.
  • Strong understanding of Indian tendering systems (GeM, CPPP, state portals, institutional tenders).
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to interpret specifications.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills across stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and tender portals.
