Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Tendering Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have experience in tender submission.

  • Main Responsibilities:
    • Submit tenders online and offline for various government departments.
    • Prepare documents as per tender requirements, conduct telephonic and written communication with clients, and coordinate meetings.
    • Manage sales orders, track progress, and prepare reports, arrange tender fees, EMD, and finalize tender documents.

Technical Skills Required:

The successful candidate must have proficiency in configuring PCs and coordinating with tender agencies and purchasers. Strong organizational and time management skills are also essential.
