Tendering Manager

We are seeking an experienced Tendering Manager to lead the tendering and bidding process for solar power projects. This opportunity involves reviewing, analyzing, and preparing responses to requests for proposals (RFPs), requests for quotation (RFQs), and tenders in the solar industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and analyze RFPs, RFQs, and tenders to identify opportunities and develop strategies for success.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to gather inputs for proposals and ensure compliance with client and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop technical and commercial bids that meet client needs and comply with regulations.
  • Conduct cost estimation, bill of quantities (BOQ) preparation, and pricing strategies to ensure competitive bids.
  • Track live tenders, monitor bid submissions, and maintain a tender pipeline database.
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, and government authorities during the pre-bid and post-bid stages.
  • Support contract negotiations and handover to project execution teams after award.
  • Stay up-to-date with solar policies, tender guidelines, and market trends.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Energy, or a related field.
  • 3–4 years of experience in tendering, bid management, or proposals in the solar/renewable energy sector.
  • Strong knowledge of Solar EPC.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines with attention to detail.
