Job Role: Project Manager

About the Job

We are seeking a seasoned project manager to lead our government and infrastructure projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.
  • Tender Management: Lead the tender preparation, submission, negotiation, and follow-up process for government projects.
  • Relationship Building: Foster long-term relationships with government officials, PSUs, and large infrastructure companies to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Compliance and Documentation: Ensure strict adherence to government protocols, regulations, and documentation standards throughout all project phases.
  • Client Interface: Act as the primary interface between our organization and key clients, providing timely updates and resolving concerns.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years of project management experience, with a focus on government or infrastructure projects.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of government tendering, compliance, and documentation processes; demonstrated success in managing relationships with government officials and corporate clients; fluency in Marathi, Hindi, and English; proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and project tracking tools; familiarity with contract negotiation and government procurement systems.
